Not only did Sairz make me a 5 star hot dog after midnight on a Monday, she also showed great compassion and professionalism to a homeless person waiting on an ambulance outside the store. Will be getting another hot dog tomorrow night.

The young girl with the funky hair makes 5 star coffee and has 5 star friendly customer service. OTR please recognise her for her consistently fantastic service. She is a credit to your business.

Every time we come here the service is amazing there is one staff member that stands put in particular an that's JESSICA -JESS- this lady is soooo helpful. Jess remembered my order from previous visits so I've got so much time an respect for wthe staff here they go through so much. Thanks Jess your great at up ur job.

Update - (to Vaishali) I took my Son here for a couple of fresh Krispy Kreme donuts and Bijo served me again. He offered a warm and welcoming smile and served me promptly. OTR....great service! Friendly and prompt customer service. Conveniently located opposite the Adelaide railway station. Clean dining area at the rear of the store with plenty of seating. Wide variety of foods are available including hotdogs, snacks and sweet treats. Large range of cold drinks and icecreams.

As the legendary Adelaide Toilet Hunter, I’ve explored countless public bathrooms across the city — from horrifying biohazard nightmares to barely functional cubicles held together by hope and desperation. But the OTR toilet experience was on an entirely different level. I am reviewing ONLY the toilet here, and I can confidently say this may have been one of the greatest public restroom experiences ever created by mankind. The moment I entered the bathroom, I knew this wasn’t an ordinary servo toilet. The room was spotless, the lighting was bright and modern, and the entire place felt futuristic. But nothing — absolutely nothing — prepared me for the throne itself. This wasn’t just a toilet. This was a luxury command centre disguised as a bathroom fixture. The heated seat changed my life. The instant I sat down, it felt like being embraced by a warm leather recliner on a freezing winter morning. Instead of the usual terrifying icy shock that most public toilets deliver, this seat welcomed me like royalty. I genuinely sat there for a moment questioning whether I was still inside an OTR or if I had accidentally teleported into a five-star Japanese hotel bathroom. Then I noticed the remote control beside the toilet. A REMOTE CONTROL. For a public toilet. This thing had more features than my television at home. Buttons everywhere. Different spray modes, seat controls, water settings, drying functions — it felt less like using a restroom and more like piloting a luxury spaceship. I half expected the toilet to start reclining backwards and offering me a massage. Honestly, sitting on this thing felt like relaxing in a premium recliner chair engineered by bathroom scientists obsessed with comfort. Everything about the experience was absurdly high-tech and unbelievably clean. Dropped in here for a quick order today as running out of time to stop. Basic coffee and toastie. Walk into the store and hear people raving about how good the service always is and how great the girls are that were on. And they were right. They both were absolutely lovely to deal with, they had my coffee done and it tastes great, toastie just done out of the oven also tasting great. Welcoming atmosphere and pleasant people to walk into the store with. Did great :)
